How long does delivery take?
In Belgrade, orders usually arrive the next business day. For the rest of Serbia, the expected delivery time is 1–3 business days from the moment the shipment is dispatched. Find more details on the Delivery page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs 489 RSD throughout Serbia, regardless of the number and weight of products in the order.
How can I pay?
Currently, cash on delivery is available – you pay the courier upon receipt of the shipment, in cash. We are working on introducing additional payment methods (card and instant transfer) in the coming period.
Can I return a product?
Yes. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without stating a reason. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it. To initiate a return, please write to us at info@eleveshop.rs.
What if the product arrives damaged?
If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon receipt, we recommend that you do not accept the shipment and immediately notify the courier. If you notice damage after opening, please contact us within 24 hours at info@eleveshop.rs – send us a photo of the product and the order number, and we will jointly find the fastest solution.
Do you issue invoices?
We send a fiscal receipt with every shipment. For legal entities, we also issue a proforma invoice and an invoice with the company's VAT ID – please indicate this option in the notes when ordering or write to us at info@eleveshop.rs.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check the shipment status with the courier service that performs the delivery.
Are the products original?
Yes. ÉLEVÉ sells exclusively original, professional products obtained from verified suppliers and authorized distributors. Our assortment includes renowned brands such as Wella, Revlon, Panasonic, Sibel, and Kiepe, intended for hairdressers, barbers, and hair care enthusiasts.
Do you have B2B cooperation?
