Delivery
We deliver throughout the territory of the entire Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with verified courier services. Below you will find all information regarding delivery times, prices, and how to pick up your package.
Delivery Times
- Belgrade: same or next business day from order confirmation
- Rest of Serbia: 1–3 business days from dispatch of the package
Orders received on business days by 2 PM are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 PM, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Price
The delivery price is 489 RSD, regardless of the number of products, weight, or value of the order.
Courier Services
We deliver through renowned courier services: Post Express, BEX, and AKS. The specific service that will deliver your package will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track it on the courier service's website. You can also check the status of your shipment at any time directly by entering the tracking number on the courier's website.
Cash on Delivery
Currently, cash on delivery is available – you pay the order amount plus the delivery fee to the courier in cash upon receipt of the package. We recommend checking the contents and condition of the packaging in front of the courier before payment.
Receiving Your Shipment
The courier will call you at the phone number you provided when placing the order. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, the courier will try again on the next business day or leave a notice with instructions for pickup.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts and the package is returned to the sender, we will contact you to jointly arrange a re-shipment or order cancellation.
